The role involves driving sales growth in the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions, through the promotion of bespoke curtain designs and maintaining a superior level of client service.
Sales Consultant Role
As an Interior Design Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing specialist technical advice and sales support to our customers, both existing and potential, regarding our high-quality products and services.
- Expanding and efficiently managing our local sales process.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and the ‘face’ of our company for both new and existing customers.
- Travelling within the region as required by the role.
- Having a strong proficiency in measurements and numerical sensitivity.
Curtains/Blinds Installers Role
We seek individuals who are eager to learn, physically able, efficient, and reliable.

- Experience in the window furnishings industry is preferred.
- Knowledge in installing on various surfaces including timber, steel, concrete, and plasterboard walls.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn in taking and recording measurements.
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work at heights.
- Possession of a White/Blue Card is advantageous but not essential.
- Own tools and a clean, late-model van equipped with roof brackets for curtain tracks are required.
Business Development Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, disciplined Business Development Manager with a focus on generating new business.

- A strong desire to develop a robust pipeline of business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship building is essential.
- Exceptional ability in exceeding targets and driving growth, targeting developers, construction companies, and architects with outstanding communication skills.
- Understanding the importance of excellent customer service while driving new business.
- Proficient in problem-solving and managing customer expectations in a rapidly evolving sales environment.
- Willingness to work diligently within the team.
